About the Role
This position will be working remotely in US. The Accounts Payable Manager will be responsible for managing the worldwide end-to-end accounts payable cycle. It is essential that the Accounts Payable Manager have an in-depth knowledge of the entire accounts payable process, including the interaction to the General Ledger, tax-related processes, maintain and establishment of best practices, and uphold the Company’s policies and image with customers. The candidate must be organized, accountable, detail oriented, and adaptable to ensure deadlines are met timely and with a high degree of accuracy. What You Will Do
Manages and trains the accounts payable staff
Ensures that systems, policies, and procedures adhere to company policies while functioning with accuracy and timeliness
Ensures that the accounts payable and the company’s financial obligations are met efficiently.
Follows accounting and tax laws and standards (W-9, 1099, WH Tax, G-accounts etc.).
Oversee all payment transactions such as ACH, wires, paper checks
Responsible for validation and review of various types of invoices/disbursements (supplier and non-supplier)
Investigates accounts payable issues, including researching and resolving discrepancies and/or system issues, taxes, payments, and credit memos.
Assist with statutory audits
Leads and manages the timely close of the AP subledger
Creates accounts payable processes and procedures, along with identifying improvements
Builds relationships and works closely with other departments within the organization
Assist with ad hoc special projects
This position is responsible for working closely with all levels within the department and across the organization to share knowledge, accomplish common goals, and set standards of excellence and professionalism.

What You Will Need
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or similar field of study is recommended
6-8 years of experience performing full cycle Accounts Payable functions
Ability to follow instructions for multiple projects with competing priorities and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Experience with multi-national organization
Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
Ability to understand and process high volumes of data
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)

Compensation: Salary ranges from $70,000-$85,000 USD annually based on skills, experience, and geographical location.
