What you’ll do

As a team, we are still small enough for your influence to be felt in every corner, and yet we're well established enough as a company that we don't have to worry about existential questions. We’re looking for a talented DevOps Engineer to join our infrastructure team and help build and maintain the foundation that will allow us to continue growing and serving our customers at scale.

• Build and optimize systems that will allow Engineers to deliver code to end users at scale

• Debug production issues across services and multiple levels of the stack

• Improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes

• Work with engineers across the company to design new features at large-scale

What we’re looking for

An experienced Devops Engineer with great attention to detail, and a general love for all things infrastructure! Someone who is comfortable collaborating with other Engineering teams at Spring and enjoys contributing to group problem solving.

• 4+ years of relevant work experience

• Robust AWS knowledge

• Solid networking and security knowledge

• Experience with shell scripting languages such as Python, Ruby, Go, Bash, etc

• Experience with Unix/Linux system administration

• Experience using containers technologies such as Docker Fargate/ECS,

  Kubernetes/EKS

• Strong comprehension of continuous integration and continuous deployment

  methodologies

• IaC tools such as Terraform, Cloud Formation, Serverless Framework, SAM

• Experience with RDS and DynamoDB

• Strong communication skills

• Strong personal time management
