- Foster and nurture a culture of transparency and trust in the engineering teams
- Lead and mentor a group of engineering managers

- Proven track record of managing &scaling product engineering teams up to 30x people in a high-growth startup
- Proven track record of ensuring a consistent and predictable high-quality output of satisfied teams
- Excellent people management, communication, team leading and interviewing skills
- You’re a strong leader with a focus on business impact
- Know the latest state of technology and what we can do with it
- Experience in JavaScript and one or more programming languages (e.g. C/C++, Go, Rust, Python, Java)
- Experience across the full JS-based stack (both Node.JS and ReactJS)
- Ideally, you have experience with PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, WebRTC, WebGL, Redis, CI/CD
