Right now we are a team of 3 looking to augment our productivity with an experienced developer who can bring forth ideas and participate fully in a dynamic product development environment.  We work remotely so we are familiar with the challenges of collaboration and good communications. We use Visual Studio, MS Teams and Azure DevOps in concert to collaborate and stay in sync while developing customer solutions. The environment is somewhat fast-paced as customer's businesses are changing quickly and we, as a team, need to respond. This is why we are always looking at new technologies to try and develop quickly but maintain an engineering balance. For example not way over or way under engineered.
