Go behind the scenes and hear from some of the Moneybox engineers who make the magic happen! The Android team at Moneybox is constantly working on new and exciting features for the app! In the last few months we have launched an easy way to open a cash LISA, savings account and tools to help you save and invest for your future. In the next few months we'll be adding to this, using the latest technology including Kotlin, Architecture Components, MotionLayout and many more. Team iOS have just finished rebranding the app, as well as adding more functionalities to the Pension section. We work with different people and teams on a daily basis, and using a variety of iOS frameworks and technologies. The Cloud Apps Team build and run the cloud-hosted systems that power the Moneybox mobile apps. We follow an agile, continuous delivery model where the dev teams are fully responsible for delivering the end-to-end service and we deploy changes several times a day. We work with the C#, .Net, and Azure platforms and use a nice blend of established and more cutting-edge technology. The best part of the Moneybox dev experience is our focus on moving quickly and making a difference. It’s really satisfying working on something one day and seeing it in customers' hands the next. Team Platform are a rapidly expanding team working on a number of exciting new projects key to the company's progression. We work on the systems and processes that collect, manage and invest the money for our customers. As well as building much of this ourselves we also integrate with various specialist third parties. It's a fast moving environment and we're constantly delivering new functionality using technologies such as .Net Core, Azure Functions, Logic Apps and EventHub. Our amazing QA team work in a very fast paced environment, collaborating and sharing ideas with the wider team. If we're not testing digital products then we're championing innovation and continuous improvement initiatives. One of the best things about being part of the QA team is the variety of the work, each day has a different challenge to solve!
