Step 2: Phone Interview - If we like what we see, we'll reach out to schedule a quick phone interview. On this call we will ask about your past work experience as well as some technical questions. Step 3: C# Coding Exercise - If we feel that you have the relevant experience we will send you our take-home C# coding exercise. This is your opportunity to show us what clean code looks like to you. Step 4: JavaScript Pair Programming - The last step in our hiring process is a JavaScript pair programing exercise. We have our applicants come into the office, write a little code, and discuss it with us. We're curious to see how you solve problems and to talk about the decisions you make when programming.
