DataLink is a development and data analytics company focused in the healthcare space. The development staff builds the products and solutions our customers need to make data driven healthcare decisions. We consist of mixed location team members with some working in a central office, located in Tampa FL and others working remotely. We mainly use MS Teams for text-based communication, calls, and screen sharing. We do two week sprints and generally follow a scum methodology of development. Each development team consists of a cross functional skill-set collection of development staff, QA, and PO roles.
